At HomechoicePK, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide quality products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please review the policy below carefully.

✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received a wrong item (different from what you ordered)

📌 All return or exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


📦 Product Condition (Important)

  • The product must not be used

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • The item must be returned in original condition and original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, tags, and free items (if any) must be included

Used products are strictly not eligible for return or exchange.


🎥 Mandatory Video Proof (Required)

For all return or exchange requests, customers must provide:

  • A clear video of at least 15 seconds

  • The video must clearly show the product

  • The problem/defect must be explained clearly in the video

  • The product, packaging, and issue should be visible

📌 Requests without a proper 15-second video proof will not be processed.


❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product has been used

  • The issue is reported after 48 hours

  • Damage is caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care

  • Original packaging or accessories are missing

  • The request is based on change of mind or personal preference

  • The issue was already mentioned in the product description


🔁 Exchange Process

  • Approved requests will be exchanged with the same product

  • If the product is unavailable, an alternative item of equal value may be offered

  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability


💰 Refund Policy

  • No cash refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

  • Approved cases will be resolved through:

    • Product replacement, or

    • Store credit (if applicable)


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the issue is due to an error by HomechoicePK, return shipping will be covered by us

  • Otherwise, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer
