✅ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

You received a wrong item (different from what you ordered)
📌 All return or exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered

🎥 Mandatory Video Proof (Required)
For all return or exchange requests, customers must provide:

A clear video of at least 15 seconds

The video must clearly show the product

The problem/defect must be explained clearly in the video

The product, packaging, and issue should be visible
📌 Requests without a proper 15-second video proof will not be processed.
❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases
We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

The issue is reported after 48 hours

Damage is caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care

Original packaging or accessories are missing

The request is based on change of mind or personal preference

🔁 Exchange Process

Approved requests will be exchanged with the same product

If the product is unavailable, an alternative item of equal value may be offered

All exchanges are subject to stock availability

No cash refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Approved cases will be resolved through:

If the issue is due to an error by HomechoicePK, return shipping will be covered by us
