Return & Refund Policy

At HomeChoicePK, we strive to provide high-quality gadgets to our customers. To maintain these standards, we have a strict policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. 7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Strict "No-Use" Policy

The product must be UNUSED to be eligible for a return. * If the item has been used, tested, or handled in a way that it cannot be resold as "New," the return/refund will be strictly rejected.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original, undamaged packaging with all seals, manuals, and accessories intact.

3. Valid Reasons for Return

We only accept returns under the following specific conditions:

Manufacturing Defect: The gadget is not turning on or is technically faulty upon arrival.
Wrong Item Received: The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
Damaged in Transit: The item arrived broken (Photo/Video proof required).

4. Inspection & Rejection

Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a professional inspection:

Pass: If the item is confirmed as unused and in original condition, your refund/exchange will be processed.
Fail: If the item shows signs of use, scratches, or missing packaging, it will be sent back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be sent via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 3–5 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. How to Start a Return

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

Unboxing Video: We highly recommend filming a video while opening your parcel. This is the best proof for any damage or missing items.
Contact Us: WhatsApp us at 03273841628 with your Order ID and the reason for return.
Approval: Do not ship the item back until our team has reviewed and approved your request.
