1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeline

Standard Delivery: Please allow 5–6 business days for your order to arrive at your doorstep.
While we strive to meet this timeline, deliveries to remote or rural areas may occasionally take slightly longer due to courier schedules.

3. Shipping Charges

Orders below Rs. 3000: A standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Orders over Rs. 3000: Enjoy FREE SHIPPING nationwide!

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience.
Please ensure the exact amount is ready for the courier rider.
Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts before returning the parcel to us.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, we will provide a tracking ID. You can track your shipment directly through the courier’s portal or by contacting us.

6. Important Note on Delivery

To ensure a smooth experience, please provide a complete address with a nearby landmark. HomeChoicePK is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
